With the club growing so quickly, from this time last year just having 1x Seniors team, we are in search for volunteers to help us continue our growth.
We have 6x teams entering leagues come September and very close to having a 7th. Due to this we are light on volunteers and require people to assist.
You will be joining the fastest growing club in Hertfordshire and a club that wants to do things the correct way. We will assist with your training and development. You can undertake various qualifications (a few required, others optional) and we will support you throughout. You will have an experienced mentor who is always happy to answer queries and assist.
We are looking for people to help run teams, coaches to take training sessions and Referees to take control of our non-competitive games (this is paid)
Any body is welcome to put their name forwards and we will discuss. You do not need to currently be with the club and Referees could be as young as 13. We welcome any sex, background and age. Diversity is very important to us as a club
You do not need to be available every session week in week out. We want an approach of a lot people doing a little, rather than a little doing a lot.
