With it being mental health awareness week we wanted to take a moment to highlight how as a football club we play our part and would welcome you to come and join us.
Sport and exercise are one of the best ways to improve mental health. Offering football training and matches to both kids and adults, we help to relieve stress. Volunteering and helping people is also good for your mental health.
So much of what we do naturally or what you could do with us as a club, may just have a positive impact.
If you want to play, we accept kids from age 5 to nearly 11 and then from 16 upwards for our adults team
We see players make new friends and parents become sociable with each other.
It is amazing what a local club can offer, no just us but any team. Although, we would love you to be part of our journey.
If you are suffering with mental health, remember, you are not alone, it is okay, not to be okay! Please seek the help required.
