We are starting to look at the infrastructure we will be needing next season to continue our rebuild.
As a club we support people through qualifications so you can already be qualified and maybe wanting.to take that next step or wanting to start coaching, managing or refereeing.
People will typically buddy up and have an experienced and qualified mentor. That could be someone who has been a qualified referee for 20+ years or someone who has coached and managed for over 15 years. Only when you are comfortable will they step away but still always be available.
Some of the courses we will help people undertake include, Fist Aid, Safeguarding Children, FA Playmaker Introduction to Coaching, the Referees course and more. We encourage both males and females and people of all ages and backgrounds.
We develop both off and on the pitch as feel without the right training in those teaching, how can the players learn!
We are starting this now so come the start of next season, those learning will have confidence and potentially qualifications behind them, ready to hit the ground running!
